Walk & Talk

Join a small group, breathe deeply, and let movement relax the body and mind. Walk & Talk sessions blend gentle exercise with lovely conversation, creating the perfect setting for ideas to flow or for the head to soothe. Walking in nature has a way of softening edges, making it easier to see things clearly and uncover new perspectives.

 A 12-week programme designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and fully present in your body. With a focus on practical routines, mindset, and supportive guidance, Body Focus meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence. Think of it as a reset and a fresh commitment to yourself.

Menopause Cafe Hackney, London

 An open, welcoming space to talk about the menopause—no agenda, no judgment, just honest conversation. Whether you’re curious, experiencing symptoms, or supporting someone who is, this café offers community and understanding. Sharing stories in a relaxed setting helps break taboos and reminds us that no one needs to go through this stage alone.

Book Consultation

Coaching sessions are available online, by phone, or in person. We will decide which option suits you best at the outset. Online options include Zoom, Teams, Skype, WhatsApp, and Facetime. Our in-person sessions take place in lovely spaces in Central and East London.
